Ji\u017e od novov\u011bku se lid\u00e9 bavili h\u00e1zen\u00edm o\u0161t\u011bp\u016f, loven\u00edm, z\u00e1pasy na \u017eivot a na smrt. Pom\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed sil bylo velmi obl\u00edben\u00e9. Kdo byl nejlep\u0161\u00ed, vyhr\u00e1l. Dnes se sport stal formou z\u00e1bavy, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 jen z hlediska \u00farazu, kter\u00fd si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ivodit v jak\u00e9mkoliv sportu.\u00a0Druhy sportuMezi nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy sportu pat\u0159\u00ed:Kolektivn\u00edGymnastikaBojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00edKolektivn\u00ed sportyMezi tyto sporty pat\u0159\u00ed hry s m\u00ed\u010dem \u010di jin\u00fdm p\u0159edm\u011btem. Hr\u00e1t se m\u016f\u017ee venku v hale\u00a0i vevnit\u0159, na travnat\u00e9m h\u0159i\u0161ti, led\u011b, \u010di antuce. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, dva t\u00fdmy se sna\u017e\u00ed nasb\u00edrat co nejv\u00edce bod\u016f, kdy\u017e dostanou m\u00ed\u010d\/puk do branky, ko\u0161e, p\u0159es \u010d\u00e1ru nebo s\u00ed\u0165. Pat\u0159\u00ed zde nap\u0159\u00edklad hokej, fotbal, h\u00e1zen\u00e1, volejbal, basketbal nebo ragby. Tyto sporty mohou b\u00fdt nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, na h\u0159i\u0161ti je plno spoluhr\u00e1\u010d\u016f a protihr\u00e1\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed V\u00e1s mohou snadno (i ne\u00famysln\u011b) zranit. P\u0159esto b\u00fdvaj\u00ed kolektivn\u00ed sporty velmi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed.Bojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00edBojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed jsou nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm sportem. M\u016f\u017eeme je p\u0159irovnat k historick\u00fdm hr\u00e1m. Nebojuje se sice na \u017eivot a na smrt, jako to bylo kdysi, nicm\u00e9n\u011b v tomto sportu se bez zran\u011bn\u00ed neobejdete. V bojov\u00e9m um\u011bn\u00ed jsou pouze dva z\u00e1pasn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed protivn\u00edka porazit r\u016fzn\u00fdmi chvaty a\u00a0kopy, za kter\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed body. Pokud dojde k tzv. K.O., vyhr\u00e1v\u00e1 bojovn\u00edk, kter\u00fd knock-outoval protihr\u00e1\u010de.\u00a0GymnastikaMezi gymnastiku \u0159ad\u00edme aerobick, kter\u00fd je popul\u00e1rn\u00ed hlavn\u011b mezi \u017eenami. V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee praktikovat hlavn\u011b v pohodl\u00ed domova. \u017deny jej vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b p\u0159i\u00a0snaze zhubnout. Cvi\u010d\u00ed se ale tak\u00e9 v posilovn\u00e1ch, kde lektorka ukazuje cviky. Dal\u0161\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed podobn\u00e9 aerobicku je nap\u0159\u00edklad pilates, sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed na trampol\u00edn\u011b, kalanetika nebo sportovn\u00ed gymnastika.\u00a0Tyto sporty pat\u0159\u00ed mezi jedny z nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. Ve skute\u010dnosti je jich mnohem v\u00edce, mezi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme za\u0159adit b\u011bh, tenis, golf, ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, dokonce i bobov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo adrenalinov\u00e9 sporty.
